PHASE I
Vision and Commitment Meetings

Breakfast and luncheon meetings are held on a regular basis to share the vision of Real Dads in America.  These meetings are designed to allow all attending to be able to grasp the needs for the assistance of fatherly guidelines through the Real Dads in America.  During these meetings, the level of commitment required to be a Real Dads in America volunteer is spelled out, along with the strategy of the men involved in this community outreach.

Each man is invited to join in to take a stand against the forces that are a big part of the decay in out cities today.  These men are challenged to take on their rightful role as responsible men, dedicated to help their city change by assisting in the specific plans to impact: students through schools, cities through stadium events, and individuals through one-on-one volunteer service to young people and their families.

The three levels of involvement in Real Dads in America include the following:

Personal Involvement:
The first level of involvement is personally.  Those becoming one of the Real Dads in America volunteers are required to make a commitment to excellence in their own lifestyle first and foremost as an example to  those requiring assistance through Real Dads in America.

Financial Involvement:
The second level of commitment and involvement is financially. Real Dads in America volunteers are asked to help underwrite the cost of changing their city through assisting with the cost of city-wide, as well as one-on-one events and efforts made through The second level of commitment and involvement is financially. Physical Involvement:
The third level of commitment and involvement is physically.  Each Dad is asked to assist in making a visible show of force in their city to assist with the outreach efforts of Real Dads in America events, as well as other selected community events needing assistance.  The strong visible support of these Dads is designed to consistently give each young person a feeling of support in all they endeavor to do.
